Qualifications:
I have experience with several years as a Regional Operations Manager and Senior Director of Systems and Compliance and Training for a large private dental practice including thirteen dental facilities and currently over 200 employees.

Overall responsibilities include the success and profitability of each clinic within the company by evaluating patient and staff scheduling, overhead costs, productivity of each provider as well as managing profit margins for each clinic and the company as a whole.

I have solely created and updated Employee Handbooks, OSHA Manuals, HIPAA Manuals, Radiation Manuals and Employee Standard Operating Procedure Handbook for both clinical and administrative staff as well as continued training with all staff members.

Responsibilities:
